Importanter things

I just wanted to drop you a short note to let you all know that I’ll be taking a few days off this upcoming week. 2 weeks ago my mum went through a knee replacement surgery. A successful one. She’s doing better and better every day but she still needs a bit of assistance at home. Last week my dad was taking care of her and now it’s my turn to do so for the next 3 days. It’ll be my home duty.

In the meantime you might want to have a look at one of my recent photographs, presenting Nuda Veritas from Atelier des Ors surrounded by colorful cocktail umbrellas. I hope looking at it will make you feel cheerful and happy for the day. Wishing all of you a sunny and positive week!

Glad your mom’s recovery is going well! Is she doing home rehab or do you take her to an outpatient recovery rehab? One of my nieces is a physical therapist and she says it’s hard work!

What a sweetheart you are! Sending healing vibes and best wishes to your mom – I hope her recovery continues to progress as well as it has thus far. You will be missed here for sure, but yes, this is a more important thing for you to be doing right now.

Lots of get well wishes to your mum – with your help and all the physio she will recover very quickly, I am sure.

That photo is so happy! We are in the middle of a big, angry storm right now but your picture is very cheerful.

Good luck to you and your family.

I’m glad it went well. It’ll take some time to recover, but then it’ll be better. My aunt who did a knee replacement two years ago, a couple of months later was back to work as a hairdresser. By choice, not because she had to. She’s 77 now.

It’s a very pretty and happy picture! I wish you to feel like that often.

I wish your mother a speedy recovery. Keeping active is so important, and I hope for her sake the upcoming rehab involves a lot of exercise. It can be so much easier to focus when being away from daily chores!
